Marching Band Allentown Trip Preliminary Information

Hello students and parents/guardians. The trip to Allentown, PA for the USBands National Championships may seem far away, but plans have just been put into place for it. We will have the same exact schedule as last year with NESBA Finals on the next day and will be staying in the same two hotels. Attached is the “2019 SBRHS Marching Band Allentown Trip Contract, Payment Schedule-Payment Slips, and Intent Form” as well as my proposal to the SBRSC with all of the initial information that you will need. I have an appointment with the school committee to officially seek approval which is the annual process, but I want to get this out to you ASAP so you have the maximum amount of time to plan.
